What are the Philfrance Scholarships?
The PhilFrance Scholarship program is an annual French government scholarship from the Embassy of France to the Philippines directed to Filipino students and professionals wishing to come to France to pursue Master’s or Doctorate degree programs in all academic disciplines.
It is awarded to highly-qualified candidates who have demonstrated strong academic and leadership qualities in their scholarly and professional activities.
